– The grand hall of the Barombong Shipping Polytechnic (Poltekpel Barombong)

S.SiT., SH., LL.M., M.Mar., MBA., DBA., Ph.D., a distinguished national
maritime expert, delivered a scientific oration titled “Navigating the Seas

he also presented 11 of his authored books to the Director of Poltekpel
